Live. Bike. Run. Swing. Repeat!
I just registered for a half marathon!!! I paid for it too! Im excited to begin training! I loved the discipline I gained by training for a race. I will come to terms with the actual racing aspect.
First things first, build my base mileage! Starting tomorrow, 5 miles, 3xs per week! I think I will do this until the end of November, and then re-evaluate. I will definitely be incorporating some hill training, as the course has some hills. Short, hill repeats are definitely in the fore cast. Add in some core training, and cycling, and I hope this is a recipe for success.
